The 2008-2009 Memorial Scholarship winners sponsored by the Labrador Fishermen's Union Shrimp Company Limited were Stephanie Campbell of Charlottetown and Robbie Butt of Red Bay. These scholarships valued at $2500.00 are awarded each year to the students who have achieved the highest academic standing in their area according to the criteria set out by Memorial University of Newfoundland.
